Paranoia

Apparently you can never be paranoid enough. My backup system for the laptop was

• one on-site external hard disk for Time Machine
• one offsite backup on the new iPod.

Tonight my laptop hard drive died…while I was updating the offsite backup, taking the backup disk with it. So I hope the on-site backup is still OK….
